GENERAL ADMISSION INFORMATION

It is recommended that parents arrange a visit to tour the campus prior to submitting their child's application and application fee.  Touring the campus allows prospective parents to get a peak at a day in the life of a CUPS student.  You may schedule a tour by calling the main office at:  (808) 946-4025.  Tours for the 3-6 Program are given on Tuesdays and Thursdays in October and November.  Tours for the 'Ohana Toddler Program are given on Tuesdays and Thursdays in February and March.

Admission Observations and Assessments are scheduled for all 3-6 year old applicants in January.  Applicants to the 'Ohana Toddler Program (2 year olds) do not participate in observations.  Parents must also submit a completed Confidential Parent Questionnaire in order for their child's application file to be considered complete.

All completed application files are reviewed and notification sent out via the United States Postal Service.  Acceptances for the 3-6 year old program are mailed out on or before March 15th.  For the 'Ohana Toddler Program, acceptances are sent out on or before April 30th.
