It was a Winter Wonderland on Friday, December 4 at Central Union Preschool. The 12th annual Snow Day took place on the church’s courtyard with fifteen tons of finely chopped ice donated by Unitek Solvent Services.
Organized by the Central Union Preschool PTO in conjunction with the church, our Snow Day event provides many children with their first winter experience with snow. Children came dressed in colorful winter attire making snow angels, building snowmen and participating in snowball fights. The children were also able to experience a visit with Santa for some hot cocoa and cookies.
Snow Day is one of the preschool’s favorite events that everyone especially the students look forward to. Thank you to Unitek Solvent Services who have partnered with us all these years, our amazing PTO and also to our parent volunteers and family members that supported the event. What a wonderful way to start the holiday season!
