Dazzle 2016’s “All Things Bright and Beautiful” was a success! Thanks to the many who came together to make the event possible! From our loving families and supporting alumni, to our faculty, staff and church supporters, and the many chefs and companies who donate items, our annual fundraiser is simply the best!
A wonderful time to come together at the Sheraton Waikiki for food, drinks and camaraderie with some of Hawaii’s finest chefs. This year we had Diamond/Platinum and VIP table service from Chef’s Chris Kajioka and Anthony Rush of Senia Restaurant and Chef Jonathan Mizukami of Chef Mavro.
Other fabulous food samplings were provided by Big City Diner, Buho Cocina Cantina, Da Hawaiian Poke Company, Eat Honolulu, Grindz Station, Guava Smoked, Kai Market, Kapakahi Shave Ice, Kats Sushi, Koko Head Café, Kope Coffee Company, La Tour Café, Lucky Belly, MW Restaurant, Max&Lucy’s, Mission Social Hall & Café, Mud Hen Water, Poke Stop, Roy’s, Sansei Seafood Restaurant and Sushi Bar, The Pig & the Lady, Tiki’s Grill and Bar, Tommy Bahama’s and Uncle Bo’s.
As usual, the delicious cuisine was paired with offerings of wine and beer. This year’s live and silent auction was a blast with friendly, yet fierce, competition for one-of-a-kind and hard to get items.
Thank you to everyone who celebrated with us and helped us to raise funds to be able to continue to provide many educational opportunities to enrich the lives of our Keiki. Once again, a BIG MAHALO to the Sheraton Waikiki, all of our committee members, table sponsors, auction donors, volunteers and restaurants who helped with our Dazzle event.
We hope to see you all again next year at our 15th annual Dazzle fundraiser!
