Hi Parents,

Mrs. Kawamoto and I would like to thank all of you for meeting with us during parent-teacher conferences. We enjoyed informing you of your child's progress and sharing their portfolio with you. If you ever need to meet with us, just let us know via email and we can schedule another time to meet.

Please return your child's portfolio, we already have things to place inside.

We also have room for any parents who would like to walk with us to Foodland on November 15th from 8-10:30. We appreciate your help!

Reminder, on November 2nd, our class will sing in chapel. We could use some flowers or greenery to decorate chapel. Hope you can attend. Chapel is at 8:30 that morning.

Thank you to the room 5 parents who came this morning to help build and decorate our haunted house. Also for decorating our room. The children are getting excited for Halloween.

If you weren't able to help and want to check out our haunted house, please stop by during drop off or pick up.

*Reminder: Parent/Teacher Conference this Friday. PLEASE NO CHILDREN. If you need child care, please let the teachers know, so we can sign you up.

Yesterday during outdoor play, room 5 spent the last day of on the Field of Dreams. The children spent the time running around, rolling down the “mini” hill, exploring the plants and the trees. Some of the girls found a low hanging ulu, which they rocked and treated it like a baby. The boys enjoyed rolling down the hill, running around and climbing a tree.

After tomorrow’s ground breaking ceremony, the field of dreams will be closed to the construction of the two new cottage classrooms and the Town Hall. We look forward to viewing, and learning about the many things dealing with construction.

Aloha Parents,

Thank you so much for attending the Open House. It was great to see you again! Mrs. Kawamoto and I enjoyed our evening meeting with you again. Please remember to turn in your "Family Page" by October 14th. Reminder no glitter or 3d objects since we are planning to laminate each page. Feel free to design your special page anyway you wish; photos, child's own drawing, stickers, etc…

We look forward in meeting you on Parent Teacher Conference scheduled on Friday, October 21st. This is for ADULTS ONLY.  There is NO SCHOOL on this day.

Hi Parents,

Room 5's schedules picture taking is this Thursday. You may want to dress your child in "nicer clothes."

Thank you to all of the room 5 families for coming to the PTA picnic this past Friday. It was nice to see everyone there. We hope you enjoyed the evening. 

Just a reminder that next week Friday, September 23, we will be having our Open House from 6:15 pm to 7:45 pm. NO CHILDREN allowed. Please go to the Parish Hall before coming to room 5.
